girl behind the blog: how blogging has changed me

this months prompts:

What is one of the main ways blogging has changed you?
How has blogging changed the way you reflect on issues that you wouldn't have before?
At the end of the day, how are you empowered and encouraged by blogging?
How do you think you could add to your blog being a blessing to yourself and others?

i honestly apologize: i did this in one take and i went over in time. i promise i will stick to the time limit next time. this is really hard for me because i am definitely a rule follower. but, with a sick (definitely on the mend) baby and the craziness of this week i hope you will give me grace.

thank you for watching despite my wacky hand motions. and the fact that i am still saying "umm" every other word. i am just coming to grips with the fact that i will probably always say "umm".

and i honestly do have a lot of post that need to be finished in my blog "queue". maybe not 50,000. (there is my over exaggerating there.) keeping it real, folks.

encouraging posts this week:
by jami "on getting followers."
by jessi "i tip my cup to you friend."

linking up with ashley and sarah

happy thursday!

Reading the journeys of other women and reflecting on how that is working in me is also one of the most encouraging things about blogging. Hope your little one feels better. And I'm right there with you on Jami and Jessi's posts this week.

I can't wait to meet you in October, Megan! I love how blogging has enabled us to realize we aren't alone and given us an outlet to encourage and support the others we find who are walking similar paths to ourselves. & I agree! Blogging has definitely helped me be bolder and more confident in Jesus's name.

I am super behind on blog posts too. I don't even want to think about it. haha!

I just started reading your blog, I was led to it from Naptime Diaries. I'm usually a silent follower, but my little one just got over being sick and it was a hard week i thought you might need some extra encouragement. You seem so kind hearted and your posts have really encouraged me as a mom and a Christ follower. I hope your son feels better soon. Bless you for sharing what God puts in your heart. The world needs people to share the stories that God gives us. Keep up the good work!
